All orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped promptly to ensure your hot chocolate arrives when needed. We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery—we’ll make it right. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened items, but unopened products may be eligible for exchange or refund.
