What's in your cup?
Whatâs in your cup matters. âïžđ« Not all cacao is created equalâand your body knows the difference. Most commercial cocoa powders are processed through roasting and alkalization (aka Dutch-processing). This makes them smoother and less acidic, but it also strips away much of cacaoâs natural goodness: antioxidants, magnesium, flavanols, and that rich, earthy color. Unprocessed cacao, like the kind we use in our blend, is gently cold-pressed to preserve its nutrients and soul.
