Ingredients: Organic Coconut Sugar, Organic Cacao 19%, Organic Corn Starch

Preparation: Mix 24g* of hot chocolate powder (4.5 teaspoons) with mix with 150ml of milk of your choice and bring to boil (pan, microwave or steamed by coffee machine steam wand). For the thickness, it needs to be boiled until thickened
*we recommend weighing the serving to be accurate
For 100ml of milk, mix with 16g of hot chocolate powder (3 teaspoons)
For 200ml of milk mix with 32g of hot chocolate powder (6 teaspoons)
 
Storage: Store in a cool, dry and dark place. After opening, consume within 1 month.

    Good for some

    Not what I expected to be honest, it’s not for me. It is a bit too sweet for my liking and it’s more like custard than hot chocolate. Proper chocolate it’s made out of liquid ( cocoa mass not just powder).

    Our recipe is inspired by traditional Italian-style hot chocolate, which naturally has a thicker, custard-like texture and a sweeter, richer profile than regular cocoa drinks. I understand this isn’t everyone’s preference.


    Just to clarify, our ingredients list does state that the product is made with real organic cacao — the thickness comes from the Italian preparation style rather than from artificial thickeners.


    We also recommend weighing the powder for the best consistency and sweetness level. A teaspoon can vary by up to **5g**, which means it’s easy to add more than the recommended amount without realising—this can naturally make the drink taste sweeter and make the consistency thicker.


    If helpful to know, our recipe contains a similar amount of sugar to many premium hot chocolates on the market, but the sweetness can feel stronger when a larger portion is used.
