How to Prepare the Perfect Thick Italian Hot Chocolate
For one serving:
Mix 24g (approximately 4½ teaspoons) of hot chocolate powder with 150ml of milk of your choice.
Heat gently in a saucepan, microwave or using a coffee machine steam wand, stirring until smooth.
Bring to the boil and continue heating until the hot chocolate naturally thickens to its signature Italian-style consistency.
For the best results, we recommend weighing each serving.
Alternative serving sizes:
• 16g powder (3 teaspoons) + 100ml milk
• 32g powder (6 teaspoons) + 200ml milk
