How to Prepare the Perfect Thick Italian Hot Chocolate
For one serving:
Mix 24g (approximately 4½ teaspoons) of hot chocolate powder with 150ml of milk of your choice.
Heat gently in a saucepan, microwave or using a coffee machine steam wand, stirring until smooth.
Bring to the boil and continue heating until the hot chocolate naturally thickens to its signature Italian-style consistency.
For the best results, we recommend weighing each serving.
Alternative serving sizes:
• 16g powder (3 teaspoons) + 100ml milk
• 32g powder (6 teaspoons) + 200ml milk

This hot chocolate was amazinggg! I absolutely LOVE hot chocolate but of course, they're all full of sugar so you need to curb it. I saw this on Insta, saw the video of it being made and that was enough to convince me.. it did NOT disappoint. The thickness in the video being made? Yeah.. that's not an exaggeration, you really can make it thick to your liking.. it was SO good.. and it didn't lack on the chocolatey flavour at all, it was sooo good.
