What’s in your cup matters. ☕️🍫 Not all cacao is created equal—and your body knows the difference. Most commercial cocoa powders are processed through roasting and alkalization (aka Dutch-processing). This makes them smoother and less acidic, but it also strips away much of cacao’s natural goodness: antioxidants, magnesium, flavanols, and that rich, earthy color. Unprocessed cacao, like the kind we use in our blend, is gently cold-pressed to preserve its nutrients and soul.
